1.1.0 and zip file source distributions.

It has been suggestioned and requested that we ship a zip file. In the
past we decided not to do this because we could not ship native line
endings easily in the zip file. We now have the --export capability, so
it is a possibility.

As a result I'm soliciting help from the Windows developers on the
makeup of that zip file. I understand that you'd like apr-iconv
included. Should it just be dropped in as a directory named apr-iconv
(as we do with apr, apr-util and neon now).

Is there any other difference you'd like me to include?

The first beta is done, but doesn't have a zip file done with it yet. I
plan for any follow up and the final packaging to be available in zip
file.

Thanks.
