[PATCH] [Issue 1715] svn protocol extensions

Hi,

This is what I propose to extend the svn protocol for the get_file_revs
function to speed up the blame command. I've got two questions, probably
to ghudson?:-)

- I'm sending text deltas and no checksums. Should I? (Same question also
applies to DAV. I will be consistent about this.)
- Might be good to allow early cancelation as in the editor command set.
Is this necessary or overkill? Can we allow it in the future and preserve
backwards compability if necessary?
