committing German book translation (issue #1894)

Well, I think

   http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1894

has been sitting around long enough. Gerhard, if you (and anyone else
you're working with on this) will privately send me your tigris.org
usernames, and some plaintext passwords that need not be the same as
your tigris.org passwords, then we'll set you up with commit access
for a German translation of the book. Then just commit up whatever
you have so far, and work in the repository after that.
