There have been discussions of such a thing, for at least parts of the
SVK functionality, but it really takes someone motivated enough to put
together a proposal and write the code. I mean it's not like you can
just drop this stuff in, especially considering that SVK is written in
perl, so you would have to reimplement the relevant bits in C.
