How about a Wiki/Board for the translators?

Hi,

I am very excited about all the translating efforts that are going on
on this list. But I think for such a complex project, a central place
where all the information get gathered would be a great idea. I am
thinking about a board like the phpBB board of a Wiki where all the
translators can gather up guidelines and lists of words, that
shouldn't get translated and stuff like that.
Of course everything will eventually end up in the subversion
repository, but it seems like unfinished (book) translations shouldn't
go into the repository yet. But it would be nice to have a spot where
ppl that want to help can quickly find out what's still left to do.

I'd be more than happy to set up such a system. But I want to know
first, what you guys think.

-Johannes.
