Isn't that the same as the 2nd item in the list?

Ooh, well, definitely a 'developer-visible' change that people will
like.

Don't worry about completeness, by the way. I'll still read the last 4
months of logs and write the CHANGES file, when it comes time to make a
1.1-beta release.
