This would be better put in TRANSLATING. Although I think that it might be
worthwhile to learn to use a po editor if you plan on maintaining
translations. Emacs has a po-mode for example.

Well, there currently is no concept like that at the moment for any file in
the project. To be able to do this requires to add a list somewhere which
records which language binding is maintained by which person(s). Although I
see the benefit of knowing who to ask to review language patches, I'm not
sure if yet another list is a good idea.

Is there a specific reason you want to receive a pl.po-only notification in
private mail?
