Subversion 1.0.4 released.

Subversion 1.0.4 is ready. Grab it from:

This is a bugfix release continuing in the line of 1.0.x releases.
Of particular note this release fixes data loss that may occur on case
insensitive file systems (e.g. Win32).

We recommend that all users upgrade to 1.0.4.
