subversion-1.0.3.tar.gz is not in gzip format

Hi all,

It seems that subversion-1.0.3.tar.gz downloadable from the web site is
not in gzip format. It's just an un-gzipped tar file.

subversion-1.0.3.tar.bz2 seems all right, although when I download it in
Mozilla Firefox, it is saved as subversion-2.0.3.tar.bz2. That may be a
Firefox issue, since all is fine using wget.
