Because the license attached to Subversion code and docs is just a
variant of the Apache license, you have the freedom to
use/modify/redistribute the stuff in derivative works, even if the
derivative works have a different (even proprietary) license.

But regardless, our license says that if you use/redistribute/modify it,
you must include the copyright notice, and give acknowledgement to
Collabnet. Just remember to do that; I don't yet see it in your guide.
