Hi Folks,

I started working on the German translation a few days ago, using poEdit
and xgettext on Windows. It looks like ok so far, but since it is a lot
of work, I'm wondering whether I should submit a patch now, to get some
feedback and to get other people started or whether I should only submit
an almost (>90%, I'm 45% through) complete translation.
