It is of course *possible* to use single quotes. It just looks strange in
Swedish.

Then, that other translator is inconsistent with the rest of the
translation. This is the same as using inconsistent terminology. Maybe we
should note in HACKING that the quoting shall be done with single quotes
in the English messages, but that it may be language dependent in the
translations. I'll stick to double quotes for the moment...
