I just noticed also that this looks like it's in a web server folder of
some sort...is this an ASP.Net app or web service? I wonder if ASP.Net
(or some other server app) is noticing that files have changed and is
helpfully recompiling or something. Does it happen outside of your www
folder if that is a ASP.Net folder?
