After getting the access denied error on a file called KILLME, I tried to
delete my whole wc. I could delete all the files except
 C:\CareCircle\www\qa\home1\images\builder\.svn\text-base.
I can navigate to the .svn folder. I was able to delete all the files/folders
except text-base. When I click on text-base, IIRC it gives an access denied
error. Once I try to delete the text-base folder, it says "Cannot delete
file: Cannot read from the source file or disk."

Neither svn nor tortoiseproc are running. Antivirus software is disabled. Once
I restart, the text-base folder no longer exists, and I can delete the wc.

I wish I could help more, but it is hard to reproduce this bug unless I am
deleting a large number of files.
