Dropping SVN_REVNUM_T_FMT define

Revision numbers are longs, long's printf format is defined to be %ld in
every arch. The %ld formst specifier will take 64bits in Tru64, and it
will take 32 bits in i386. Just as "long" will measure on each of such
platforms.

Why don't we just drop this define and replace it with hardcoded %ld's.
Or do you expect someday to replace revision numbers with "long long"'s?
