As a first attempt to get to what Greg proposes.

Has three new files in green.
A PDF.
A HTML that is moving in the right direction.
And a tarball of the HTML.
I'll do some more clean up. But if I post it as an attachment, I'm sure
I'll get flamed. It has images in it!

I'll be away until late tomorrow. So I figured that I should post so
that people knew that I am working the formatting issue:-)
