Probably getting the integrated build stuff to work with Windows for javahl
and SWIG/Java. I don't have a foggy clue as to how Java could be integrated
with MSVC. This'll require someone with Python, Java, and Win32-fu - a
perhaps rare combination. ;-)

Once we ensure that Win32 people can build it as part of the 'core' build
system, I think the next step would be to yank the old automake build system
for javahl and force everyone to use the integrated build for javahl for a bit
on the trunk. I'm sure there may be buglets in what we have, so it'll be
important to test them out early and often.

What do you think of this plan? -- justin
