Hi,

Did you try this with the latest version of TortoiseSVN (1.0.3)? If it works with TSVN, it makes it more likely that it's something with the way SVN 1.0.1 is compiled / installed.

If it doesn't work with TSVN 1.0.3 either then we'd have to find the version of TSVN that was compiled against SVN 0.37 release. The TSVN build/installer process and tools haven't changed between releases, so if the TSVN for SVN 0.37 works then it's likely a recent change in the SVN codebase.
If the older TSVN doesn't work either, then it's something to do with the way things are compiled in TSVN and the new installer.
