Impossible to connect into the repository subversion

Hi;

I try to point :http://MyServer/svn/work and From identification window,
I type the correct login + password, but I have the following error
message ( I have tried 3 times) :

Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the
document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad
password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the
credentials required.

I have used the authentificatio windows in creating a password file :
   bin\htpasswd -bc passwd toto titi

I have restart apache, but already the same problem.
