The tar format problem continues

It turn out that WinZIP does not support the USTAR format that we use
for the source tarballs. Unfortunetely you don't get an error, but a
weird tree when you uncompress it.

It would be easy to build a zip file for the Windows users along with
the tar.gz and tar.bz2 files. I can modify dist.sh to do that, but I'd
like to hear if you have any comments first.
