No -- I haven't -- it wasn't listed in the installed documentation of
the last version I installed.
Looking on the current online documentation it seems "close-enough" to
what I was describing...the only issue I see is that you can't restrict
it to a sub-set of lines within a file, but that is easily dealt with.
