Ha! Haha! Seriously, Subversion supports Windows users the best that it can. Who is really screwing whom here? Isn't it really MS that is doing the screwing? Let's face it, it's *their* product that doesn't work with Subversion, not the other way around. If you're going to make noise about that bug here, at the very least go make at least this much noise to MS support. The fact really is that this list is more likely to listen to the problem than the company that provides the product. How sad is that? Just my $0.02 worth. Don't blame Subversion for a product with a really crappy bug. If this bug existed in another OS project, I guarantee you it wouldn't be Subversion that would have to provide the workaround, the OS project would likely fix it themselves. And you likely wouldn't have to wait years for the fix. Please think about that.
