I have an issue with moving the development of the bindings out of dev@svn,
but I definitely don't have an issue with the bindings being separately
released though from the core. However, the bindings are *extremely* tied
into the core - in a way that no other SVN applications would be. In the long
run, I think it'll be beneficial to have them joined together not artificially
separated.

I think cvs2svn can easily be split off as there is a clear demarcation line,
but I just don't see the same rationale for the bindings.
