After 1.0.0. 1.0.0 is three days away, and we're certainly not going
yank the bindings out this weekend :-).
The 1.0.x line can always maintain the bindings it currently has.
That should be pretty trivial, since no API changes nor additions will
happen on that line anyway.
But in trunk (i.e., 1.1.x development), we can yank them as soon as
possible. We could do it today, only we haven't quite got the
mechanics figured out yet. Once we know what to do, though, out they
go. It's completely unrelated to the 1.0.0 schedule, fortunately.
