I'd rather not as I'm not convinced that the current system can't work.
And, that by not having review, we're encouraging 'islands' of
participation that are intimately tied to only one or two people (see our
packaging problems). I don't think that's a good idea for a healthy
community, and that over time, by forcing the 3 +1s we will encourage more
eyes in that area to which we're all responsible for anyway.

So, count me as -0 for abandoning mandatory review of bindings. -- justin
