We could have the dist process take out the pages that don't matter
for a dist, and leave the ones that do (such as the FAQ).

However, I'm loathe to fiddle with dist.sh any more than necessary
before 1.0. Why ask for trouble? Let's make this improvement *after*
1.0 comes out. It's not the end of the world to have a slightly
outdated www area. Hardly anyone's going to look there, especially
since our primary documentation is not located there.
