I'll just chime in and say that I think that's a bad idea. It should require
3 +1s across the board.

The gray area of what is 'obviously' correct between you and I are probably
very different. If it's *that* obvious, then it should be easy to get the 3
+1s. Remember we're talking about the 1.0 branch, not the trunk. I don't
think it's especially urgent to get the 'obviously correct fixes' in - IMHO,
it's more important to make sure that we follow a standardized process. --
