Branko -- is there any chance you can update INSTALL in the next 12
hours to reflect the latest win32 build instructions?

Barry isn't the first person to run into this problem in the last week
or two -- I've been hearing various complaints about this, and I'm too
ignorant of win32 to fix the documentation hole.

We're releasing a 0.34 tarball tomorrow, and I think it's somewhat
embarrassing that the win32 build docs are incomplete. The release
should be self-contained; folks shouldn't have to search a mailing list
(or ask questions on the list) just to be able to build.

(If building on win32 now requires a perl script, can you check it into
svn's tree, and not the HEAD of APR? Subversion 0.34 should still build
against httpd-2.0.48/apr/apr-util, and should not *require* an APR HEAD
checkout to build, if possible.)
