The way I see it is that the "revision that are the reason of making a
release branch" should be the output revision number.

So: -If we have to make a 0.34.1 because a giant security fix on revision
7931 the the output will be:
     svn, version 0.34.1 (r7931)

If a release was made of several fixes, then I would use the same
revision who is made when the new release branch (0.34.1) are made. This
would reflect the state of code the release are made of I think.
