I was just following convention at the time :)

While you're in there, check the section which copies the images for
the book. I was using a 'cp -a' but it was also copying the .svn dir
for that area. I meant to fix that, but I don't remember if I ever
committed a fix for it.

That's fine. I really have no strong feelings either way, since it
means nothing to me. At most, I keep current with HEAD, and seldom,
if ever touch branches or tags.
