Difference between SVN_ERR_UNVERSIONED_RESOURCE and SVN_ERR_CLIENT_UNVERSIONED?

Going through the errors list, I found SVN_ERR_UNVERSIONED_RESOURCE and
SVN_ERR_CLIENT_UNVERSIONED. Is there a difference between the two, is this an
unintended duplication of the same error?
