I take that back. I am beginning to see some "issues" with it. I'm sorry I was so pushy.

I ran some overnight speed tests on it but they were inconclusive. It is taking me a long time to dig in and untangle its mysteries. I have to say this "svn_client__open_ra_session" does not have what I'd call a clean and well-documented interface. If I manage to understand it fully then I will try to propose improvements.
