Hmmm, looks like cmpilato didn't actually try to compile the book
before committing his changes in r7289.

Normally, we tar and feather someone for committing a change that
doesn't compile. But in Mike's case, considering his latest stream of
commits have been kicking @$$, I say we give him a medal instead. :-)

Anyway, I just fixed the error in r7309.
