Maybe I'm not understanding something here... We already have the
infamous CIA bot watching our commits:

   http://navi.picogui.org/svn/picogui/trunk/tools/irc/cia.html

We also have commit emails.

Can't anyone who wants to provide an RSS feed just watch one of those
two sources and construct the RSS stuff on the fly? Why would we need
to keep anything new in our tree, add a new hook, or indeed do
anything at all?
