libxml2.la not found.

Did we move from the libxml2.so to the static library for some reason
all of a sudden? I have never seen this in 0.29.0 - and since I had
libxml2.so previously, I'm assuming this has shifted.

Am I missing something? I don't think this could be a neon requirement
since neon isn't being compiled.

Need more info???
