Subversion should rule

From: Files <files_at_poetryunlimited.com>

Maybe I should have started by saying that I want subversion to be the
most logical choice in most version control options.

I don't want it to be anything less than the best.

I believe in it. And that's why I'm asking questions.

Most people I've encountered will only allow you to move the cheese
if there is an overly compelling reason to do so. I am wondering
when we want to be somewhere where the cheese can be moved lock
stock and barrel, and how we plan on making it an attractive
proposition.

I'm sorry if I'm hitting a nerve. I am not trying to upset you. I
am advocating widespread and ubiquitous adoption of subversion.

I talk it up every chance I get.

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to say, "It works just as well, with
windows if not better than things like ...."
