fop.sh - does it exist?

What the heck is it and where do I find it???

I can find /usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets/fo/fop.xsl but I find
no fop.sh.

Any ideas on what the RUN_FOP command should REALLY do?

doc/book/Makefile contains a search for fop.sh, but I don't know what
the parameters are that should be passed.

Who is in charge of this???
