Did you fix it just for that particular case? Aren't there lots of similar cases, like

  $ svn proplist .
  Properties on '':

etc.?

Oh, and I'd never dare to mention that the quoting change should have been a separate patch ... if I hadn't tried a "svn diff r7096:7097" to see how you fixed it. I'll Ctrl-C that diff now, to save my 'phone bill. :-)
