cvs2svn test cases under Windows

No, of course not. I merely could not think of something else at that time.

It seems, the problem was a hanging, invisible cygwin process. It locked the file "cvs2svn-data.s-revs" in the "tmp" directory. So it could not be cleaned up by cvs2svn. And in those file have been this "cygdrive/d/..." paths
