I don't think so, that issue looks to me like it is for another alias
(Revision) for the LastChangedRevision keyword. From issue 1287:

"Currently, Subversion supports the keyword "LastChangedRevision" along
with the short form "Rev". In CVS this was called "Revision", so this
should also be supported for backwards compatility."
