Unfortunately, Branko compiles the Windows version which then gets made
into an installer version. Branko has been very busy lately and is
apparenly now on holiday, so that's why the Windows releases have been
lagging.

Perhaps someone else with Visual Studio should take over while Branko is
unable to do it? Or else maybe the "mingw" option of the gen-make.py
script should be implemented :)
