My take is a little different than the other svn developers regarding
svn_load_dirs, but that's because I wrote it and I want people to use
it. I do want svn_load_dirs to remain a tool that people will use and
be happy with (and to stay in tools/, not contrib/).

Nothing personel here. For me it wasn't the big name, but that the Perl
community was looking at using Subversion, and getting large, public, code
bases to switch to Subversion is a "good thing".
