Fink svn 0.27.0 now doesn't run make check

Hi Chris,

I noticed that the latest update to the svn*.info files commented
out the make check test.

Personally, I don't mind waiting for svn to test itself and feel
much better if svn is run through its tests.

Would you mind putting that back, or maybe we can have the .info
file ask the user if the tests should be run?
