The chatter broke down because I *did* downgrade. Didn't help. I attempted
to isolate the problem before I even posted to the viewcvs list, but I'm not
a Linux guru, not a ViewCVS virtuoso, nor a Subversion wizard.

But I guess that's clear by now.

But I mean, the problem is still there (and now I'm running http://)
