The book compares the pros and cons. For most people, the main
decision comes down to: what kind of accounts do you want? If your
users already have ssh accounts, then svn+ssh:// fits nicely into your
existing security infrastructure. On the other hand, many admins
*hate* the fact that CVS commits require system accounts, and are very
happy that apache uses its own users-file.
