hotbackup.py on not existing repository

if the repository does not exist, the error is:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/subversion/hot-backup.py", line 100, in ?
    youngest = string.strip(stdout_lines[0])
IndexError: list index out of range

which might be a little confusing ...
