IMHO, it absolutely the *right* URL to bookmark according to the relevant
specs.

I *do* like the Redirect idea to make it easier to *find* that URL for a
non-DeltaV-aware client. However, that should be a *permanent* redirect, and
the target URL really SHOULD NOT change at any time.
