issue #1075 and my stinking schedule

A few of you may remember that I took on Issue #1075, and mostly
finished it, except for a significant hole that Philip pointed out.

Well, to make a long story short, I haven't had any time to work on it,
and I'm going to continue to have essentially no time for Subversion at
least until mid-September.

I hate to leave an issue half-finished, but given my circumstances,
should I un-assign myself from the issue so that someone else could pick
it up?
