* Check if SVN is allready installed and do an upgrade
* Give the user a choice to install SVN server
   - Check if Apache is available and configure a SVN server
   - copy *.dll (SVN module, libdb, ssl, etc.)
   - modify httpd.conf or give the user a template
* Install the python scripts, for example the one used for vendor
   branches (I don't remember the name)
* ask the user which editor he wants to use with the
   svn client (for log messages)
