Yeah, you know, I got a little confused about that. Looking at
/tags the only 3 digit names are point releases like 0.24.2. All the
.0 releases are just 0.XY, like 0.25.

When looking at dist.sh, it states:

    # For example, the command line:
    #
    # ./dist.sh 0.24.2 6284
    #
    # from the top-level of a branches/release-0.24.2 working copy will
    # create the 0.24.2 release tarball.

So, I probably should have run ./dist.sh 0.25.0, but for some reason
I didn't. I don't know why. I think I thought this rev should also
match the tag name for some reason.

Either that, or it was 02:30am and I wasn't thinking clearly at all :)

I promise for the 25.1 release that there will be a .1 in the tarball
name, how's that ;)
